Attractive home-made pillow

I don’t mind to sleep on the ground from time to time, but when I have to use my PTU to go to the V-E-T, I like to have a minimum of comfort. It is already rather unpleasant like that…

Claire is a brilliant handywoman, she knows how to make a heap of things, and she adores sewing. As she was in a hurry, she made me a first flat pillow with an old sheet. The outside is cotton doubled by ouatine, and it is still stuffed with a little polyester as pillows. We can thus wash it in the machine at 40 degrees with no problem at all.

As soon as she saw the first pillow, a friend asked her for two for her cats :

My domesticated woman just requests the price of supplies (small : approximately 42 x 25 cm : 18 CHF, big : approximately 48 x 28 cm : 23 CHF) and shipping charges (Europe 9.50 CHF, world 12.-CHF) for her pillows, but nothing prevents you from putting a bit extra so that she buys me treats !

Caren has a great idea. Those would make a great Etsy item! When we adopted Pierre many years ago, he came with a similar cushion for the carrier we bought on the spot. (He was not a preplanned adoption.) We used it for many trips to the vet, and are now wondering where it is!

Those are really nice kitty pillows! Our mom made us one and Carl thinks it’s a soft litter box, so we don’t have any kitty pillows or beds.
