Busy human, disconnected cat

We were not able to visit you since Monday, impossible to reach the computer ! In your opinion, are Claire’s activities really as important as she says ?

Drive and wait for Momo at the physiotherapist, drive and wait for Momo at the hospital for a control of his wrist, eat, help Stephanie to take up and to install her new shelves, say hello to Tounsi and Quintus, come back home late, and a whole lot of the other essential and very time-consuming things.

Did we specify that Claire also does a challenge with Finnegan’s mom and some other ladies to workout every day at home ? As if she had time ! Pixie decided to participate also by doing pole dance.

Thursday
Work for school, open an Instagram account for The Swiss Cats (ah, all the same !), work in her institute Onglerie Céleste, celebrate a birthday, and a whole lot of the other essential and very time-consuming things.

Friday
Ha ! We managed to put our paws on the computer ! It’s seized for indefinite duration ! We also received a surprise today, but we’ll tell you about it next week.

Were you also already deprived of access to the computer because your human were supposedly too much occupied ?

DIY secure window

How to aerate the house in the evening to let in the freshness without Zorro tries to jump into the garden through the open window (and without I try to follow him) ?

It’s the big question since the beginning of the heat wave, and Claire finally imagined an answer. It’s her who built our two window protections, because Momo went on Wednesday to be operated to remove three plates he had in his right wrist. Everything went well, but he cannot do much.

Claire used wooden small boards, wood lattice for vine creepers, and safety net for cat. She wanted to make something which is light, easy to set up or to remove, and little blocking. After an afternoon working, here is the result :
building protection

protection indoor

protection outdoor

The window protection holds thanks to two small boards which overtake on a side and skip behind the shutter which is opened ; it leans on the other side against the inside of the shutter which is closed. Ingenious, right ?
